Currently, the Cosmetology Applicant Tracker application is a ten step process. In order to be registered and maintain registration it is important for applicants to be adamantly tracking their application and keeping up with requested updates. Additionally, some steps may require verification from administrators or have built-in delays that prevent you from completing the next step immediately - this is done on purpose and should not be cause for alarm.

In all cases, you should be able to quickly determine when the delay period will end. However if for some reason, you are concerned that the delay is not accurate or another aspect of your application seems "stuck" please get in contact with us ASAP.

Step Zero: Select Your Intended Program

Before we can get started, you will need to select your intended program of study for the upcoming term. Please feel free to look through all offered programs, but keep in mind that only the listed programs are accepting applications.

Step One: Select Your Preferred Schedule

Available schedules for your program of choice will be listed for your selection. While we do our best to place applicants in their preferred schedules, seats may fill and alternative schedules may be recommended.

Step Two: Verifying Eligibility

It is important we review and verify certain aspects of your college account. If issues are discovered later on, it could interfere with your ability to register.

Step Three: Upload Proof of Identity

You must provide proof of identity before we can register any courses beginning with COS. You are not officially registered and cannot attend class until IDs are received.

Step Five: Review Program Expectations

Review the following information outlining the current program code of conduct and expectations. Please read through this information carefully as you will be asked to test your knowledge.

Step Six: Test Your Knowledge

The quiz is meant to verify your understanding in regards to important aspects of your intended program. You must pass the quiz with 100% to continue the application process.

Step Seven: Awaiting Registration

You are ready to be registered. If a seat is available or becomes available, you will be registered into your selected program and proceed into the next steps of the process. Please note that just because you are registered, does not guarantee you the seat. The remaining application steps MUST be completed or you are liable to be unregistered.

Step Nine: Confirm Your Schedule

In order to maintain your registration and ensure everything checks out, please confirm your schedule as soon as possible. If this step is not completed in a timely manner, you may be unregistered.
