Why am I not receiving notifications?

During the application process, CAT will trigger a few different email notifications to students and staff. These notifications will always be sent to Rowan-Cabarrus Community College email addresses. Due to the nature of the application process and to ensure confidentiality of data, recipients are unable to change or request a different email for notifications.

If you are unsure of your exact school email address, you can find it listed on your My Account page, which is also accceessible from the main site navigation menu.

If you are unable to login to CAT at this time or are having difficulty getting into your college email, please reach out to the help desk. The Rowan-Cabarrus Community College IS Help Desk is available weekdays from 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Friday by calling 704-216-7200 or submitting a ticket.
